I love Chick-Fil-A! The grilled chicken sandwich is great and it's on a wheat bun! Also when desperate, McDonald's grilled chicken Caesar with no dressing, or for breakfast, ham and cheese McMuffin.

Breakfast, breakfast, breakfast. Make sure you eat a healthy (protein and fiber) breakfast, then schedule out your meals and snacks on your food diary in advance. Pack it and take it to work and keep on your eating schedule. You do need to eat. Food is your fuel.

Today is Kenpo - my fave!!! i am so glad to get a break from the weight training as I head into week 4. Question for you guys, though. Any suggestions for me on replacing pull-ups? I don't have a bar. I have bands, but…

I am not a pro, but I did train for and run a half-marathon in March. I can't give you official advice, but I can share what helped me. A previous poster covered posture and stance, but I will add this: Try to relax. I start by making sure my hands aren't clenched in a fist. You can expend a lot of energy that you…

I had this same thing come up last weekend right as I was starting a refined sugar fast, so I made a huge fruit salad with canteloupe, strawberries, pineapple, apple, grapes, oranges, mango and blueberries. It was a huge hit and no one asked where the cake or cookies were!!
