It's helped me to remove temptations from the house, like someone else said. Oh! And today I'm halfway through my water intake goal (right on track!) And I've been eating as healthy as I can with what I've got at home right now. But still on the way to staying within my calorie goal for the day. I'm headed to the gym after work as well!
