Um. I have to admit that I'd be very much into that.

My band was playing at a bar last week (I'm a drummer), and this guy starts chatting me up after our set. He totally thinks I'm gonna be all over him after he says he used to be a record producer and he once worked with Ice-T. Sure, duder, sure you did. How stupid do I look?

Way to go!! You look great!

I have had good luck with Oxy Elite Pro. It's really helped with appetite suppression and energy level. But, you should only take it a month at a time, and I don't recommend taking more than 1-2 a day since with a third (as recommended on the label), it will definitely disturb your sleep. The best fat burner out there for…

@conraj74 Didn't get those muscles from playing frisbee golf, I'll tell you that!

So what is the difference in dress size between the first and second pictures?

Sounds pretty manipulative to me. Screw sparing their feelings. Sounds like they're trying to make you feel alienated.

I'm gonna rock a bathing suit without shorts. :)

Great skin tone.

What she said!!

Alcohol. Dropped like 15 pounds over night, and I wasn't even a heavy drinker. I had maybe 3-4 beers a week. That was enough to sabotage all my work-out efforts with empty calories and a sluggish metabolism.

I think what's killing you is all the walking/cardio. It starts to take a toll on your joints after years of wear. You may be experiencing some arthritis. Also, if you just started yoga, you are probably working muscles you didn't know you had! In many poses, you work a lot of the small twitch muscles that probably got…

Ha! Sorry if I sound like a totally square dork in the above post. I'm just REALLY passionate about my hobbies, and YES, I quit drinking so that I could do them more and be better at them!

Honestly, quitting alcohol all together is not a negative thing. Needing to quit all together is not a negative thing. If you can't have a beer or two now and again, drinking, in general, is not a good idea for you. If you need to drink to be with your friends, get different friends. You won't regret it for a day, I…

There have been times in my weight loss oddessey when I go a few months feeling hungry. At these times, I've just allowed my body to catch up and adjust. I eat what I want (within reason) and I don't log the calories as long as the weight on the scale doesn't move. Sometimes, when you lose a lot of weight fast, you need to…

Here's the thing: you need to find friends who will hang out with you and NOT drink. Get with some people who are going to support your lifestyle choice and not drink with you and stick with those people. That is the only thing that works. If you're dating someone, and she drinks END IT. Seriously. You can't go on like…

I wouldn't worry about bulking up. You're a lady, so unless you're eating thousands of calories and lifting like the Hulk, you don't need to worry about it. I would say focus on your core, back, and shoulders. I tore my ACL, but opted out of the surgery. Rowing is a good cardio exercise to do while you recover. You can…

Seriously! Collar bones are totally sexy. It's the part I look at now and say DAMN!
-
I'm digging my collarbones these days. Pretty sexy.

You look 20 years younger!

Sly & The Family Stone's STAND! album...You Can Make It If You Try is a great end of workout song--for obvious reasons. That whole album is just the funkiest. Generally speaking, working out to funk is my favorite. Parliament, Funkadelic, all that goodness.

My thoughts on this are that what you should be trying to acheive is a healthy body mass index number for your age and height. If you're within a healthy range and YOU like the way you look, that's what really matters. My boyfriend is always saying things like, "I love you the way you are!" and "I'd love you if you were…

I buy a bunch of fresh veggies: mushrooms, peppers, zucchini, onion, and a pineapple every week. I chop them all up into chunks and keep them in containers in the fridge, then just buy wooden skewers and make kabobs. No need, really, to marinate or use any sauces (a dash of Bragg's liquid amino is good). The kabobs only…

I wouldn't give your dog almonds. I tried it with mine, and her neck swelled up. I had to give her a benadryl. It all depends on your dog. Just like people, they could have a nut allergy.

Dry roasted spicy pumpkin seeds. Lots of magnesium, protein, and zinc. Also, freeze dried raspberries. Crunchy and sweet and tart! And when I need a chocolate fix, hot chocolate with mini marshmallows--80 calories and pretty filling, especially at night when you need dessert.
