  • First of all thank you all for responding. I do alot of cardio - I vary from the Crosstrainer (I think that is what it is called) to the eliptical to the treadmill, I get the calorie count from the machines by putting in my weight and age and by checking my heart rate at various intervals I don't trust MPF's calorie counts…
  • I like the biggest loser for kinect, but I think Dance Central and Your Shape are more fun. Dance Central is pretty great cause you can set it on workout mode and it will take your weight and count how many calories you are burning while dancing.

  • Walmart sells Cranberry pills, they work really well and don't have nearly all the calories as the juice. Hope that Helps :)
  • Thank you guys! I will begining more strength training tonight and will buy some cocoa butter lol. I just wanted to work on preventing it before it possibly became a problem. Also I have in no way considered surgery I just wanted to know if there was a way to do it naturally...and apparently there is. Thanks again!
