I've been on MFP for a little over 60 days and have lost 27 pounds, with 33 to go. It probably takes a little more effort the older one gets, but the basics to weight loss are the same no matter your age. MFP - Fifty plus (or so) Support Group

I couldn't sample the ifit videos, but I would image having accessing to free roaming Google maps would be great. Perhaps something along these lines, but more realistic.

There is a difference between organic and being locally grown. I like to purchase organic vegetables that are locally grown and sold at farmer's markets in the area when I can.

You should write a cookbook, I bet a kindle version would be a good seller, especially if you included the backstory of your amazing transformation. Looks like you have a lot of the work completed ready with all the pictures and ingredients. Just an idea. :)

Monthly results as of 4/29/15: 1. Lost 8.9 pounds for the month, down to 216.8 2. Bicycled 112.86 miles for the month 3. Did 3 days of elliptical per week 4. Continued weight training program - 3 days per week 5. No snacking after 7 PM - 21 days out of 28 no snacks after 7PM
