Haven't had Chobani in awhile but I do love it! Much better than others!

Happens to me too. I'm usually up about a half pound to a full pound which isn't too bad but frustrating still. I increase my water intake during that time which I think helps.

I'd be interested in knowing how well this works but I don't think I'm able to be hypnotized. I tried listening to hypnosis recordings to help provide better and more restful sleep but it didn't work for me.

I weight in once a week in the morning after I've used the bathroom and before breakfast.

I say eat a healthy snack if you're hungry! I like to have an apple with a little bit of peanut butter. It keeps me satisfied until my next meal too. Also, eating a good breakfast with lots of fiber will help you stay full longer too.

I haven't used Wii Fit Plus but I do use the EA Active and am currently doing the 30 Day Challenge. I love it. I feel I get a really good workout and it makes me sweat too! It tracks your calories burned but my heart rate monitor gives a much more accurate reading which is always much higher than what EA says. You have…

I'm happy if I burn at least 300 calories during a workout but I strive for 400 to 500 which makes me feel great.
