Ha, well thanks for the honesty. I always try to follow the "1 treadmill" apart rule, even if my view is slightly distorted of March Madness. It's just kind of awkward that someone runs right next to you ... but I usually get the guy who bathed in his cologne and I have to move cause I'll have an asthma attack =)

The only other thing that bothers me is using cardio equipment - I'm the only one with 20 other treadmills open and you have to use the one RIGHT NEXT TO ME. go away. haha

Couldn't agree more. My favorite is when you can see them starring at you when you're lifting watching your reflection

Love them as much as Turkey burgers and I'm a picky eater. First time I had them I didn't even notice (friends didn't tell me because of my 'trying new food' issues). And they were FABULOUS.

This is a huge misconception. I make a protein shake every day after the gym. ON Whey Protein with some almond milk and fruit. It has plenty of extra benefits. Search online for some good articles or even ask the staff at your gym to help explain it to you. They are a great benefit to anyones routine! Good luck!

Probably any bra from them - or a similar "effect". Go in and try some on. Even though they're expensive they're by far my favorite ones to wear.
-
Don't be afraid to try something new; everyone started in the same place as you are now.

I use Jennie-O and I throw them right in the frying pan or whatever you use to cook them. Maybe sprinkle some mrs dash or pepper on them. Nothing fancy schmancy.

I think the media is to blame and the fact that guys always love the "pretty skinny girls" ... sometimes it's hard to love yourself when you don't think you're good enough to be loved. Deep. I know.

Agree.

Thanks, I did send the website "owner" a request to have it removed. I work with a bunch *kitten* - which is primarily what emergency services is filled with. And I know it's been circulating through work and the rest of the field. It's hard enough being taken serious as a female in this job, I don't need the constant…

Check the moon ... I deal with crazies day in and day out - but the moon cycles bring out the best =)

I also log it under 'punching kicking asswhooping'-whatever. I wear my HRM and was in the high 500's. Same with body attack.
-
Great!!! You look fabulous! Cherish all your hard work!
-
Agree. My strength training ones are always more then what the MFP quotes me. Running is close depending on the speed. But I always use my HRM and use that number.
-
I use Gold Standard Whey Protein - I think the brand is Optimum Nutrition. I don't know if it's the best but I like it. I did most of my research on bodybuilding.com through their "store" part of the website.

I have both feet done, entire top part, and I worked out not to mention wear tactical boots for work. I used the covered gauze and taped it. I may not have tied my shoes as tight. Whatever you do don't pick the scab. You'll lose color.

Polar FT4 - comes with a chest strap. I got it off of Overstock. You can check Amazon or Ebay as well.

As a 2% milk drinker my entire life ... ok up until i was 23, I absolutely LOVE almond milk. I'm a big cereal person (i.e. could live off of it) so it's beneficial for me calorie wise. I don't notice anything gross about it. I love the vanilla flavored with some strawberry yogurt burst cheerios! My adventure started…

I cube up Turkey Breast and marinade them in Soy sauce, worchester sauce, lil lemon juice, evoo, and some spices. Works with chicken. and then I just throw it in the frying pan. May not be super healthy (never really checked) but it's yum.

Polar FT4 - off of Overstock

Just bought and used my Polar FT4 today - loved it. It's comfortable and easy to work. I bought mine off of OverStock.

It's easy to set up and use the online account. Do not calibrate it on the treadmill. As far as accuracy - it's probably within 1/4 of a mile when I use it. I enjoy using it.

Went there on vacation. It's beautiful. I miss Hawaii

I made a list of the things I can't have ... some stuff I'm well past feeling a need to have. Anything Reese's Candy Ice Cream/Popcicles/Frozen Yogurt (unless protein shake calls for it) Sugar Cake/Donut/Brownies/Cookies etc. I'm keeping my gum chewing habit. Maybe try a Pavlov trick - everytime you want something sweet,…

hell yes.

I have those shoes - they're great!
