This is exactly what I need! I have such a sweet tooth!

My co worker has a bag sitting here next to me ... I want to hurl it. But we had homemade GIANT peanut butter eggs made by the one fire company that I managed to only eat 1 this year ... but seriously. That taste is just amazing. I got past ice cream and any other type of candy, soda, you name it. But Peanut Butter and…

Itunes. When you use things like Limewire you open your computer up to a mess of people who can download things to and from your hard drive; which allows people to hack your computer or viruses. Itunes or Amazon are good ones.

I agree I like to see what others eat to try something new that maybe I didn't think of. As well as people with similar goals to see how closely related we are to eating. I've never have had anyone bash my 'eating' habits. This isn't really the site for it. And others are right - it keeps you honest and on track.

I did warrior dash - only a 5k - and the obstacles were not as tough as I had anticipated. Plus you go in waves and for the first few spots you're really bunched up and end up walking and waiting in line. I'm not sure which one you're doing or how its set up to prevent that. I didn't change anything - just made sure I…

Switched out Shred for Ripped - I like that so much better ... But I will check out L2 Shred and see if I'll be happy. Ran 2.8 miles today ... freaking hot out! As for the water challenge - done deal! I drink probably 10-12 glasses of water a day.

I've heard the same thing - and thats why people split their cardio and lifting days. Either doing 2-a-days or one day lift and the next day cardio. I personally usually do cardio first unless its packed ... Mostly because its the part I hate and I take a thermogenic prior to working out. Which takes 20-30 minutes to make…

I can eat a hard boiled egg except for the yoke. It's too weird for me. But I know what you're saying about texture. I can't eat oatmeal because it weirds me out. Its just what you're used too.

I've dropped the ball with the DVD for probably the past 3 days. Just been doing my normal lifting/gym classes/running. I'm going to start level 2 with you - but I just felt like I didn't get anything out of level 1. I may try and finish out level 1 with a 2nd dvd of hers to supplement. However - I am proud of all of you…

How many calories are you "burning" with energy. How far over do you go? I work 12 hour shifts and find that I eat more at work then when I'm home on my day off.

Thanks for sharing! Good job on your loss! I'm in the same place that you were and I def get very frustrated!

Based on the issues that these 'children' had growing up, getting pregnant, they will project them onto their children. It's a cycle. Do you ever wonder if your children will be ashamed of you for having them at a young age and not being able to give them everything they could desire? Even if all their doing is comparing…

Haha gotta look in the right places - it wasn't a random traffic stop - I deal with them day in and day out.

ha no tickets here =) However I do not advise you to use that as a way to get out of tickets ... some cops don't have a sense or humor.

hooked up w/ a cop ... on duty.

Ha, I know right! I'm in the same boat ... and I feel bad for skipping because I don't even have a good excuse.

I may have the same problem as you.

I usually run in Nike Peagus's ... or my reezigs. I prefer a stable lighter shoe. Go and try them on - talk to the people at the store. I know we have a store that has an indoor track where you can take a lap and see how you feel. It will take a few times to get used to it but make sure they fit properly!

Look for any of the podcasts that deal with interval training. I'm up to a 45 minute jog at about 5-5.2 mph. Basically they have you jog for 1 minute and recover for 2 for a certain total time. Each week, or when ready, you jog more and recover less. I played sports in high school and hated running laps/sprints/whatever.…

I love Drop Kick Murphys. I prefer loud pumping music. OR I hook up to the WiFi and Pandora and search "house music" then I'm running to just straight music/beats. Kind of nice to step outside the box.

Day 3 complete for me! Yay. I even did a cardio aerobics class at the gym. I'm still switching up her moves to make it a lil more challenging for me - however this may bite me in the butt come Level 2 - didn't watch them ahead of time to see if anything changes or if it's all new. My fly's I do in a "bridge" position.…

Totally agree with the nails/hair/tanning ... really!?! Last I knew - Teen Mom's made more then Glee members ...

I like your stand on it - I know that kids are more "knowledgeable" these days, because of shows like this and I think it's great that you're using it as a tool. Parents should be parents ... and you're teaching your daughter in an open environment.

All I can say is I'm glad my parents instilled the fear of god in me if I ever got knocked up. I would've been homeless. All comes back to lack of parenting. TV raises a lot of peoples children ... and thats how they learn the morals and values.

Love that everyone is doing some extra burning in addition to 30 day shred. Ladies are awesome! Keep it up. Did 50 minutes (20 elliptical and 30 jog/treadmill) now about ready to do day two. Side lunges with the lateral raise def kill me! I feel the burn in my shoulders with the squat press towards the end, just praying…
