Mines about the first 1/2 mile or 10 minutes depending on the running adventure I'm on. If I'm at the gym I def find something to distract me from what I'm doing or super fast pumping music. Pandora is great for finding "house" music.

Optimum Nutrition 100% whey - Vanilla - I love using it in my own smoothies and I don't really notice a taste. At first it was tough for me to stomach but I love it now. I get most of my stuff from bodybuilding.com.

I used the C25K for awhile too as an aid, and I wasn't that big of a fan ... I sort of like the Nike+ sensor better. I'm usually good now to jog/run 3 miles a day on the treadmill. I've used other 'podcasts' too though that I like. Especially for HIIT. I'm getting over a cold so I'm hoping that I'll be able to get back…

Alright I finished week one - however I skipped Kenpo and just did my regular gym (cardio and lifting) routine. I missed the gym. I didn't overly push myself for the first week, I wanted to learn how the flow went, especially with Yoga. I know its normal to fall behind trying to learn the ins and outs so I wasn't upset.…

I start Monday ... I'm nervous but I know I'll adjust eventually. Most things I read stated that majority of people quit at the 30 day mark so i definately don't want to be one of those people. My boyfriend does the work outs but not regiously, so I need to find some newbies!
