I mix my vanilla with vanilla or regular almond milk. Either drink or pour over cereal. Sometimes I'll put it in yogurt. I was using ON Gold Standard but switched to Gaspari Nutrition. I think it tastes better

It creates an "instability". Flip it over (flat side up) and do pushups. Ball side up I've done squats (with or without a push press) lunges (forward and side). Regular and single stiff legged dead lifts. Even just standing on it one ankle at a time and balancing.

I was always taught that cravings last roughly 10 minutes. Usually I ask myself if I really, really, need it. Or kind of ask what is it about that particular thing I want. You're mind is a powerful thing, but you can control it.

It's a life long journey, and you're in the right direction. Your mind is a POWERFUL thing. You have to tell/remind yourself to make good decisions until it becomes a no brainer. I have the polar FT4 ... I'd be lost with out it. I got mine off Overstock.com for maybe 80-90$ I think the chest strap is best ... but thats my opinion.

Yup, I'm still peeing every 20 minutes. I've been on ambulance calls and asked to use the patients bathroom. But like they say ... your body will adjust.
