  • My personal experience supports most of what has already been posted here. I follow the macros diet (iifym.com) and approx. 1/3 of my daily calories come from fat. I also eat foods I LIKE to eat. With macros there are no "bad" foods, as long as it fits in with your totals for the day. Oh, and I also do 1 cheat meal a week.…
