Peanut butter and bacon sandwiches....with butter.

I made this again tonight. It is so good and I am always amazed at how well the mustard goes with everything else.

My Themapen instant read thermometer.....the best thing since sliced bread. Nothing helps as much to ensure that everything is cooked just right.

The bowl on the left had too much. The bowl on the right didn't have enough. But the bowl in the middle had just the right amount of porridge to fill me up. But it was too hot...go figure!

Went to the dentist and was told by the assistant, who hadn't seen me in a while, that with the weight I have lost, I look ten years younger. If I keep losing weight, can I end up as a teenager again? :D

I just put my banana slices into the freezer. This is going to taste so good tomorrow morning.

One of the best recipe's in the world: Peanut Butter-Banana-Applewood Smoked Candied Bacon Pie (It can be Googled...it is easy to find and it is so, so, so, good.) Life ain't worth living if you ain't got your bacon!

Are you going to purchase a crockpot or a slowcooker?. I have heard that there is a difference between the two, though I am not sure what it is.

Once you start it, you will not be able to put it down. Once you finish it, it will stay with you in your thoughts for quite some time. Really a great read.
