  • I'm down 4.6 pounds this week: SW: 194 GW: 174 CW: 189.4
  • First 7 days went great - I've been good about working out, eating healthy, and reducing my wine consumption. I'm even down a few pounds in time for the weigh-in. Of course, I'm always motivated and rigorous the first few weeks - the real challenge for me will probably start at week five or six when I get complacent!
  • Yesterday was great - I worked out, hit 10,000 steps, cooked healthy meals, and was under my calorie goal. I even skipped my typical Saturday night red wine. Today I've squeezed in 30 minutes on the elliptical and started strength training with kettlebells again. And it's a beautiful day for walking!
  • My mini goals for the weekend are to: -Work out at for half an hour each day -Hit 10,000 steps overall -Cook all of my meals -Skip any wine on Sunday
