Thanks! I'm quite proud of myself. :)

Thanks. I was a tight 12 loose 14 (jean size) I can now wear a pretty solid 8. I can squeeze into some 6's. but not comfortably. Weight was 167.5 and I ended at 137.5 30 pounds GONE! I have since maintained the weight loss, it's been 4 months so far! It's the best I've ever done. Thanks for the compliment

Search for the "Graduates" thread on here... There are several of us that posted there before it dropped off...

How are you doing this week? I'm enjoying my frist week this round!
-
I'm with you apprae! I was the same way! I finished most awesomely in June, but then slid just a tich in August. I restared yesterday and will get these last 10 (now 15) pounds off! So, I also started round 2 yesterday. I don't know why I thought I could make my own workout schedule and keep it up. I need discipline!

I would have to say the plyo, just because that is personally harder for me and I feel more winded when I do it that way. The weights just get in my way.
-
I LOVE the SW turkey burgers with the brussel sprouts and carrots. I still make that even though it was only on the kickstart week menu. It's so tasty!
-
I have not tried that one. I thik I will have to try it soon!

I have a love hate relationship with planks. At the beginning, I couldn't hold plank to save my life! But like one poster said, I did what I could then went to my knees, I had to do that for all the plank moves throughout the 90 days. My second time through the program, I can plank! I still do not like them, but they…

Yeah, the weights are a good idea. If you don't want to buy all three, You could start with 3 and 5. I only used 3s and 5s my first time around, but I wasn't very strong, and those worked me just fine. Now, my second time around, I'm using 8s too.

That is why it nice that you don't have to work those muscles for 2 days!
-
That vegan black bean soup sounds good! I also need recipes. I do not know how to cook and need detailed instructions on it. That has been nice about these recipes, I have learned a lot about cooking.
-
Not me, but I have a very good friend that has this issue. It happened when she lost a bunch of weight and she had an MRI and her tailbone is twisted. The muscles were tense from supporting her weight that they twisted her tail bone and when she lost the weight is when she lost her cushion. She had had several therapies.…

Fantastic! It feels good to complete a program! I had started and stopped too many to count! This one worked for me too! Way to go!

There are a lot of recipes in there. All of the BR ones are in there except from the jumpstart week. I was bummed though because there are no more breakfast recipes than there are in her BR plan, but then it's broken into the following categories: soups-10 recipes salads and sandwiches 12 recipes poultry and meat dishes 15…

Not many people followed her diet and meal plan to the letter like I did. I just really wanted to try it and give it my all. Everyone has had great results on the meal plan or not. For me, I learned how to cook a lot of things. There were days where is was hard and frusterating, but I learned how to make it work for me. I…

OK this is probably an all phase silly observation, but I just noticed it today (after almost 20 weeks). The sunbeams shining in through the windows, do not match the windows.
-
I made the poached eggs and sweet potato hash with chicken (I used turkey) sausage. I was really filling and sooo yummy!
-
I really like cardio 2 too. I even got to liking the burpees!
-
Those are great results! I'm on my second time through and the arms are getting so much more toned! You will love it. Good job!
-
Your results are fantastic! You look completely reborn! Way to go!
-
Oh that stinks! I can imagine how it would feel to have such great momentum going then have to stop for a bit. It's just a small hiccup! You will get there!
-
LOL! i did do the kickstart week for food, but I didn't do the 2 times a day for workous. I remeber feeling pretty good, but I was clearly detoxing! I was giving up cafinated pop at the same time. Good luck! It is a good idea to plan it all out for the while week.
-
That is fantastic! I was never an expert before moving on to a new level! I'm glad you posted your loss of inches to help those that are discouraged about not loding pounds. You are doing great!
-
Giving up POP! I was a Diet Dew junkie (4-6 a day). It's been 18 weeks. And I don't miss it at all!
-
That is great news about the inches lost! Glad you got right back to it! The first time through the program for me I couldn't do the plank ups at all! I went down and got stuck there! Then when she has a "race" with her peeps???? I was just watcing them from my elbows! I think by the time to move on from disc 3 I could do…

Last night I made the green bean salad with shrimp. It was so very good! It was very easy. Will definately be making this again.

I read somewhere (where? I cannot remember maybe FB) a post from J.M. that morning is good, but it's really all about working out the same time every day because your body releases endorphins when it is expecting it. So consisency is the key.
-
I'm so glad you are liking this program! I have bought sooo many programs off of the TV and this one has worked the best for me. I have also become a HUGE JM fan. I liked her OK before and even did some of her 30 day shred. But, I have really gotten it this time and I really relate her her information. Congrats to you! And…

THIS. This is how I feel. I also carry my weight in my thighs. You were braver than me. I didn't post a pic showing my thighs, just them squeezed into swim shorts. I had bought a smaller swimsuit, then didn't wear it on the boat because I was feeling "fat". I'm a dork. So I wore my old baggy suit. I'm glad you are putting…
