You've gained 30 lbs after NOT signing into MFP? If so, that's your problem. I've done herbalife, Jenny Craig, WW, and mfp and they have all worked as long as I sticked to it. There really is no magic pill. It is a LIFESTYLE. You will have to always be aware of what you eat and how much you exercise. Just my opinion

Not sure what is going on. Are you not loosing. I take Lithium, fanapt, and kilonopin and I gained SO much weight from meds. All my weight actually. Since I found MFP I have lost over 50 lbs. Its wonderful.
