I'm still figuring this out but it seems like if you use the scooby calculator you are still under eating. You can always raise your calories 100 per week and monitor your weight. I would love to be friends and support each other.

Interesting. I'll take a look at it but I do enjoy the clean eating model more than just eating what ever I want but I've never heard of IF

Ok changed the settings sorry! I do think I eat much sloppier now that I'm injuired, when I was weight lifting I was a super clean eater. Now I eat crap but I do stay within calorie range. After fasts I usually have TONS of calories left but not much time = not good :(

Just updating to say: I'm better!!!! Lifting again for 3 weeks and I'm in love with it. I'm being careful. Cherry Juice, tennis elbow straps, glucosamine w msn and Gods wisdom, those are my secrets!

Jen I was shooting for the over weight too! I started right before thanksgiving and everyone thought I was crazy. The more I looked at pictures the more encouraged I got.. You CAN DO IT!!!!

I recommend a 12 week program like Jaime Eason's LiveFit. Its real easy to follow. You can find it on bodybuilding.com. You can join groups to help you along. That is where I started

My family and I eat clean for around 150-200 bucks a week. Food prices have been going up. But you can do it. You can cook your own beans from scratch, brown rice from scratch, etc. Sometimes we get too fancy. You can add me as a friend if you like

Definetly see a nutritionist. You need to raise the calories slowly. And you will gain at first but then your body will stabilize. I'm here to encourage you as always Sis. You will over come this just as you have other obstacles :)
