I'm about to start Phase 3. You definetly need to have time to spend at the gym. By the end 6 days 1 1/2 hours. Then every 2 weeks it changes and builds so you gotta be committed to get result. Like in my case I havent lost any weight and I'm building muscle. Phase 3 should lean me out.

I'll be in phase 2 next week but I wanted to share that I had my body fat checked again this week at the gym (I have it checked every week) This week I was down 1.5% yay!!!! Ok thats all :)

I'm new around here but I'm finishing week 3 of phase I. The whole program requires so much sacrifice so its great to have support. I've made all the protien bars. I'm finding the calories vary alot. Especially if you use Xylitol. My husband liked the cinnamon swirl the best. i think if I put more sugar substitute in the pumkin ones they will be great. I just got the chocolate ones out of the oven. I'll see how those taste :)

Well what helped me is TONS of fiber. 100 grams or more of protien per day. No processed foods and omega 3 fatty oils. As far as increasing your calories it really depends on your activity level. Hope that helps

I think its genetic. I lost my weight slowly (over a year now) Do lots of strength training and drink water and my skin is loose. I also used tons of lotions etc. As a teen I also got stretch marks as my hips came it etc...so yea I say its genetic

I LOVE exercise...wasnt until I buckled down on the eating that I started to loose the weight I put on over 10 years though. Eating habits are 80% of the weight loss. Sad, cause I love exercising and love food more

I am almost done with insanity and it was good representation of the workouts he does in the video. He does more push ups (alot more) in his videos. I think its good for a beginner but I dont think I could have kept up with even the 15 min video when I first started loosing weight
