I know how you all feel about Dr. Oz BUT...

Today he had Shawn T from Shawn T's Insanity and I wondered what you thought about that workout and if the DVD's are worth buying? I don't have a ton of time to get to a gym so I have been working out at home with a gazelle and just my own bits and pieces and I would like to do something a little more organized. If that isn't worth buying what is? :) Thanks!!

Its a great at home workout. I attend the gym faithfully for about 1 1/2 hrs every day for as long as I've been loosing weight. I started the videos last month and they are INTESE. Last month I kept my workout schedule but this month I've had to cut back because its such a tough workout. I'm just now getting back in the gym...Its a fabulous workout
  • I actually do really like Insanity. I sweat like crazy. I prefer a gym, but I did that over the summer when I could not go to the gym

I've only just started Insanity and well just starting out with exercise full stop and I Love it! I just modify what I can't do and take a break if and when I need it. Can't wait till the day that I can keep up with them all and do all the things they can do lol...
  • I tried to do Insanity after being unhappy with p90x. Not gonna lie, it'll kick your @ss!!! I honestly couldn't make it through the warm up in the beginning. I ended up having to stop the videos due to a back injury but if you are coordinated and prepared to hurt, go for it! LOL
