  • Well I have a question. I thought the whole point of this diet is to increase you monounsaturated fats to get a smaller belly. Did you notice belly fat loss.   • Well I was eating my workout cals since sept and loosing. Then I stopped loosing so I stopped eating them and lost almost 3 lbs in a week. Now its slowed down again but I think we have to keep tricking our bodies. I'm eating some of those cals now again
  • Oh!!! How easy I see. Now I added my rice uncooked calories. I guess that doesnt matter because in the end it will calculate the servings. I figure 1 cup of uncooked rice cooks up to 3 cups of cooked rice so I said 6 servings. (meaning half cup.) I think thats right but please correct me if I'm wrong

  • I do tons of strength training and I have loose skin. It really is genetics. I also have 2 kids. But my sister n law had 3 back to back and she doesnt have all the loose skin.

  • I would say increase protien anyway you can. like 12 almonds or peanut butter, an egg, lean meat, beans. Snack on lean protien and high fiber foods like oatmeal. These things keep you full.
