  • Well no two scales are the same. Do you weigh yourself in the morning with or without clothes? You may have eaten or drank your water. there's alot that can go into it. I would weigh myself at home again tomorrow and if you weigh the same just look at it as different scales. you probably would have started out 7 lbs higher…

  • yea its weird because when I workout I earn calories. I'm not sure how many I know myfitnesspal does the calculation. But I can never eat that many calories (healthy calories) I get way to full off of the food I eat. Mostly protien, veggies and whole grains. Its very satisfying.
