I weigh two times a day. Once in the morning and once at night. I usually fluctuate 2-3 pounds from morning to night, but have been as high as 5 pounds heavier once. My movtivational partner and I are heading out at 5:15 am. We are week 2 into the beginners guide to running. In 8 weeks time we are supposed to be running a continual 30 minutes if we stick with the plan. We will be doing 3.5 miles total though! Keep motivated as you in turn are motivating others!

Oh I love cottage cheese! I used to binge on it with crushed up potato chips in it....now I throw in a few sunflower seed kernels for that same type of crunchy texture without all the calories! I am also a Monday morning weigh in gal. I like to have it on Mondays to help keep me accountable over the weekend when I have the hardest time with getting my exercise in and to eat right. It is a very individual thing though
