  • I usually will drink a big glass of carbonated water with lemon. Tastes kind of like sprite and keeps my mouth and stomach occupied. I also tend to chew on pens.
  • I try to avoid all "bad" or "fake" sugar. I don't even buy anything with High Fructose Corn Syrup anymore and I only have a diet soda once every few days.
