Yeah just with the weight set up i have at home (dumbells, bench and weight bar with various plates)

146c/81p/36f - I think it is. I'm only looking to lose a few more lbs tbh, technically in maintenance mode. Dont want to gain anything ideally but understand weight fluctuates.

He is allergic to seafood unfortunately! I however am not 🤤 Going shopping today so will get more eggs, greek yoghurt, tofu and some frozen meat alternatives (not apposed to processed foods).

Thanks! I just feel guilty when I go over on carbs and don't hit protein. Its not easy to hit protein when on a budget or havnt been shopping 😖 Found myself eating a lot of processed stuff recently to get protein in and know its not ideal.
