I hadn't thought of that. Maybe I'm eating too many/too few calories? Urgh!

I try not to be too hard on myself about it. so what, I binged, no big deal, just stop bugging and carry on the day being good, that's what I try and do anyway!

I do stuff every day with my little boy, don't just sit about. He can't judge me or tell me off for eating crap.....yet.....!

Yeah I'm a part time SATM as I only work two days and have my 2 year old the rest of the time. I just need to learn discipline. I have got into the mind set of the fact my OH loves me just the way I am, he tells me that every day, so kinda use it as an excuse I guess. Need to kick my own *kitten* into shape.

Yeah I'm finding I struggle on 1200 x

Thank you all so much

I really don't believe there is anything Allen, I'm perfectly happy with my life apart from the way I look!

Hey, thanks for your reply. Ideally I would like to lose 3 stone. I have stepped on the scales and seen my weight but it just upsets me so I wait until the OH has gone to work then I binge out. I hate the way I look with no clothes on and I hate the number on the scales. I would have thought that would be enough to kick…

If your tired hun, take the time off! Dont over-do things and feel like you HAVE to keep going up until your due date. We get mat leave paid here so I am planning on leaving at 36 weeks xx

Hey mate, I feel your pain! I was like this last week and ive just had some chocolate for breakfast, not a great start! I would suggest a lot of water, I personally like boiled water as it cleans me out (if you know what I mean)! Try to stay away from processed foods and eat as clean as you can. Eat lots of detoxing foods…

Im in the same boat hun. Unfortunatelty I was very strict with my diet pre-pregnancy and hardly ate any carbs, now I cant get enough of them and have gained 17lb in 23 weeks. The weight is quickly piling on and its panicking me. I think your exercise regieme sounds great. I persdonally would try and eat at maintenance…
-
hey, ive been trying to eat around 2000 calories a day and im currently in my second tri. i think trying to eat at maintanence is the key whilst getting some gentle exercise like walking etc x

Ive found a new love in those Danio yoghurts! They are simply lush!

Im right with you mate. We are pregnant though, we need to do whats right for our little ones. If it means eating more for the next few months then so be it. Its not for ever, we can get back to our awesome pre pregnancy body after our little bundle of joys arrive :)
-
Thats interesting! Have you gained much since being pregnant? I think I will up my calories to 1600 for a bit and see how I get on with that x
-
Oh right! Thats alright then :) Hope your doing well!
-
Thanks ladies, thats really useful information! Mmmmm cinnamon buns! ToFatToBeSick - Hope your little prem is doing well x

Thanks ladies. I have a problem with eating conveniance foods at the mo, like tinned shaghetti hoops - i just love them. I need to start eating better but I just dont want those sorts of foods, which is highly annoying. Help!
