Okay, when I change my goal down to .5lb/ 1lb loss a week it still gives me 1200 net calories so it doesn't make a difference, and the exercise goals that are set on it say I will only lose 1lb a week anyway I doubt the calories are a problem. I have 2-3 rest days a week where I dont go to the gym and only do light cycling on my stationary bike, I do 15 mins cycle 10 mins break 15 mins cycle 10 mins break for around 30 mins off the top of my head may be a little more may be a little less but its not a hard workout, just to mop up over eaten calories

forgot to put in: I used to drink around 8-10 cups of tea a day. no water no juice nothing. Just tea. Thats another drastic change I have made as, apart from the past 2 days all I really drink is water except when I am at work where I only drink 2 cups
