Yes, I have had positional dizziness since a mountain biking accident 24 years ago. For me it is positional. apparently the crystals in the inner ear can come loose from head trauma. A good ENT can do the Eply maneuver on your head and reposition them. Not sure what it would be from on a treadmill though. How's your…
