My father has had it for 10+ years and was wheelchair bound for about 6 months last year, and gained a lot of weight because of lack of mobility over the last few years. Since then he's had the Deep Brain Stimulation and has gained a lot of his mobility back, as well as my step mother improving his eating habits…

A little under a year: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/569332-365-days-on-mfp-but-i-m-not-done-yet-pics Walking, jogging (karate, prepping for my black belt test), Jillian DVD's, MOVING 5-6 days a week, 200-500 calorie burns, and most of the time eating most of it back...

It depends on who you are. When I first started, all I needed was a change in eating habits. Now that I'm down to the last 15lb, I have had to ramp up my workouts considerably. If I don't have a 300-500 cal. burn 5-6 days a week, and keep extremely close track of my intake, things stand still. On a different note about…

Find a RAD class and take it, then run outside till your heart's content. RAD classes are AMAZING!

YEAH!!!! Way to go! Mine are more defined than my hubby's now too, I love it! I think defined arms and shoulders are SO sexy!

Only? I would kill to lose 1.3 pounds in the last 6 months! Your diary looks good but I don't see any exercise, OR water recorded. Use the water counter and record your fluid intake to help you keep track. Having enough fluid is crucial to losing regularly, especially on days you go over on your sodium or have a lot of…

It's not a lot when you have 3 people in the house who usually have 2 eggs a day either scrambled, boiled or fried. that's half a dozen a day. Luckily, we have chickens to provide us our 6 a day most days. :)

Since I've lost a bunch of weight and have fairly decent abs and shoulders, which are now my best features, i wear one. I discovered last summer that wearing a one piece or even a tankini hides my best features and highlights my worst, my thighs. So I wear a bikini, even with huge thighs.

This. You have to mix it up somehow, surprise your body.

This, and to what extent could you be held accountable if YOU know what's going on but do nothing about it when someone else does? Document everything.

Oxymoron. You can't be successful MANY times with WW, and be here looking to lose weight. If WW weren't a gimmick, it would be successful for life, and teach us how to live without it when we were done with the program, not just how us how to do it while we're tracking then cut us loose to fail. (I did weight watchers, and…

You already show carbs in your diary macros, ditch sugars and show Sodium instead. I bet you're going over regularly and don't even know it. However, losing 22lbs since January is very admirable and you should be proud. I can definitely see it in your pictures. :)

the retainers are $3 on amazon. I have a friend working for a job corp, state run, and they can't have any piercings visible, she has her nose done, has a clear, flat retainer and it even tricked me, and I have my nose done too! LOL.
