Looks similar to mine so I don't see anything wrong. May be instead of egg, try egg whites, and maybe some sugar free sweetner. Looks good to me though.

People keep asking me if I'm still dieting. I keep telling them I'm not dieting. I'm changing my eating habits. You have to really think of it differently then dieting! I'm a fellow shorty (5 ' 0") and I was 200+ so I know the struggle. Hang in there! :drinker:

Monday=45 minutes Zumba on the Wii-burned 288 calories (I think, I don't think my HRM is very accurate). Weight=193 pounds And, I moved all my furniture and cleaned the floors so that counts, right?? :bigsmile:

I have an orange cream bar almost every day. As long as it's within my calorie range why not?? I also LOVE Dreyers low fat ice cream, it's a great way to indulge the sweet tooth and not feel so guilty about it. I've lost 19 lbs so far so it works for me.

I have posted this same question...lol! The advice I was given was to drink LOTS of water. I have to have Midol for my TOM, I couldn't function otherwise.

I just got my Wii fit two weeks ago and it is kicking my butt!! I like the strength training exercise and the advanced step aroebics. I also got Zumba for the Wii and it is a great cardio as well. I don't have any of the EA sports games but they are next on my list :bigsmile:

How long has your TSH levels been in the norm?? It may be you just need time to adjust. My hair is always dry no matter what but I like Infusium 23 Leave in treatment. I have not found any thing that works though so I just suffer with dry hair (and dry skin...eerr!)
