Even in this group I'm still the shortest...LOL. I'm whole whopping 5' even! I thought I was 5'1" until my bubble was burst in my last pregnancy and they said I was 5'...oh well!! :bigsmile: At my heaviest I was 220, I am now about 180...I still have a LONG way to go to get to my goal of 120 but I will get there. Ok Sunday 30 minutes, burned 150 Calories Monday 71 minutes, burned 358 calories Tuesday 0 Wednesday 71 minutes 368 calories Thursday 61 Minutes 358 Calories Weight is still the same....eerr!

Down 2 pounds this week! Yay! Did a total of 240 Minutes of exercise Total burn of 1416 calories Not sure on the water intake-to me that's a challenge and I don't think there was 1 day where I met that goal.

I had my thyroid removed when I was 13 so I take a thyroid supplement now (so yes, technically I'm hypo). As long as I keep it monitored I have no problems.

I'm in again for the August Challenge. I don't think I'm gonna get to the 10lbs loss for July but I have lost so that's an accomplishment, right?? :bigsmile:

I don't think it will bad at all! As long as you jump right back in and you know your still going to stick to your plan there is nothing wrong in indulging more than once. But still keep it in moderation.

I TRY to get up around 5 or 5:30 to go for a 2 mile walk, then after work I use the work gym and get on the elliptical for 35 minutes. Sometimes I'll do the Wii with my girls so we are all staying busy.

I do not have any but I heard you can use a little bit of orange juice when cooking it.

I did W1D1 a week ago, and have not been back..LOL! I still go for my walk in the morning but ithe c25k was rough for me. Maybe you can kick my butt and get me going again...LOL!

Hi, I just sent you a friend request :). I'm only 5'1 so I know what a pain it is. I was just talking with a friend the other day who is also short and it sucks because at our height we have to weigh pretty much nothing!!
