    This week's challenge has been so much easier for me, but strangely enough I feel like more progress has been made. Is anyone else having this experience. I know that we have all a progressive goal so last week's work is showing this week, but it is sort of taking charge this week.

    My challenge info is in my signature, but when I weighed in on Friday I lost 4lb. To me that is amazing, I never thought that I could get that much of a result so quickly, now I just need to continue on.

    Thanks for the support, stopping by this site multiple times a day means that I feel your support and efforts.

    NEW MINI CHALLENGE FOR WEEK 3:

    45 minutes of exercise 6 days (minimum of 270 minutes)
    8 glasses of water 7 days (minimum of 448 ounces)

    AND

    Stay under on your SODIUM every day!!!!!

    ~SommerJo~ Did this challenge start on Friday, because I never saw it. It wasn't on the regular challenge thread. I just found it posted by jrdoty on the Red Spartans team thread for a Friday start. Darn it. I'm three days late!

    Week 3 challenge ~ daily results

    Fri-8/12-exercise mins ~ 320 / water ~ 80 ozs / sodium ~ 3785mg
    Sat-8/13 - exercise mins ~ rest day / water ~ 72 ozs / sodium ~ 1640mg
    Sun-8/14- exercise mins ~ 94 / water ~ 80 so far / sodium ~4247mg

    Sodium is out the roof! I'll get it under control.

    Way to go smknitter, 4 lbs in a week is fabulous!!!! gotta love it. I know what you mean about the challenges,I feel I am making progress each week. Love seeing that scale go down & down. So exciting!!!!

    I am SOOOOOOOOOOO in to this challenge this week! I am starting a Shakeology cleanse for 3 days, and I can' hardly wait for it. This week will be rough but it will also feel Oh SO GOOD!!!!!

    Monday: 48 mins of exercise (Zumba and Jogging), 64 oz of water (finally) and Sodium intake 2392mg out of 2500mg. :D

    I even resisted going to the store for a coke and crackers for my headache.
