  • I stepped on a nail yesterday which has inhibited me from doing any type of excersing considering I can't even walk. I am one of those people that once I stop its hard for me to get back into again. Do you have any suggestions for me about what to do?! Thanks!

  • I had kidney stones twice and since the second time, I have been drinking a minimum of 8 glasses of water every day. Its been 2 years now, no kidney stones and I feel 10x better. I learned in one of my college classes that when you start to feel thirsty, your body has already started dehydration.

  • Is there any specific Tae-Bo videos anyone can recommend? My gym membership expires at the end of the month and with the price of gas these days, I'd like to buy some videos and work out at home. I want one thats not too tough, or too easy.
