I started training with south jersey roller derby last September. Love that there's others on here! I've tried to track calorie burn too but can't wear my fitpal bc of wrist guards and when i wore it at an open skate it didn't track. Any derby related tips regarding diet/exercise would be appreciated

so, now that the up24 syncs would you still go with the fitbit? Why? Trying to decide which to get, is either good for bike riding ? I've read the up24 is good to swim with, thanks :)

I'm a beginner, but my trainer told me deadlifts were goodstuff and I liked them a lot. In fact, I'm looking to buy a kettlebell for my home workout...I will have gorgeous arms in this lifetime !

My kids are a bit older (14 & 11) so I started out as a SAHM but opened my own business so I could remain home as they got older. I feel like I have no babies but still have the weight, feel free to add me. I would love the motivation of seeing other people on the same journey, feel free to add me too :)
