  • Are your muscles sore in anyway? If they are you never want to weigh yourself because you are retaining water in them muscle and may cause you to gain 2-5 lbs just in water.

  • I try to stay away from mixers just because I don't drink soda and many of the juices added have a lot of unwanted cals/carbs.   • One thing I notice is that people like to see other people fail! It's a crappy thing that people do that but, they do. The best thing is to just say no thanks I have goals that I tend to keep! Continue staying strong!!!!
