  • I would have to agree that "Third times the charm"! Ghad knows I've been there myself. Hence, that's why I'm here! The support is amazing. Just check in everyday Jhacker.. it really helps me hold myself accountable! :happy:
  • Hey Ambee! Try something different.. The roasted BLT salad is only 230 calories :).. It won't taste as good as the wedges.. or the strips.. but at least it's food. Definitely pack some healthy snacks as well. The first few days are the hardest. If you can survive them, it only gets easier!

  • Hi guys! I've weighed in at 234.. I'm hoping to get to 220 by August. I'll just do what I can tho :). It's nice to have such encouraging people around here :) Such a HUGE motivator. I have a longer road than most of you.. but I'm willing to stick to it! Thanks for all of your support. :smile:
  • I have found that the best thing in watching what you're eating, is to allow yourself things that your body is craving! :tongue: It's all about moderation. If you're craving Wendy's, have a bit of your burger and half a dozen fries and move on :). You just can't give in to the cravings every time. It's really worked for me…

  • I hate to encourage something when I don't know where the experts stand.. However, I do input my calories burned from the gym.. and I never eat them. I stick to my 1200 a day. ...   • Mary.. You're doing great. It's easier to account for where the calories are going once you start writing it down! I love ice cream too :).. Just keep it in moderation.
