From what I understand, your doctor has told you to consume 1400 cals a day....When you work out, you're burning X amount of calories....you should be tracking your calorie burn and eating BACK those calories to hit your net 1400

Well, I'm 37 and after a few kids, my boobs don't look as hot as they used to. I'm actually hoping with the weight loss and some heavy lifting, I can get them back where they belong and I wouldn't mind them being a bit smaller if they fit my future new body better.

I don't look at it as "cheating"....Every Sunday is my "refeed" day. I allow myself up to 2000 cals and on Monday, back to the counting. Guilt is uneccessary, as eating is not "evil".

It was rough pushing that PLAY button, but I did it and always feel much better when I do. Day 1- Week 1 --- Restarting P90X Today was back and shoulders and boy, do I remember I have them right now!

I know some people who like it and some who can't stand it. This is one of those "personal experiences" you have to have for yourself. Go give it a try and see how YOU feel about it.

Ok, so what I see here is, you increased your ACTIVITY level because of exercise and you shouldn't do that. MFP calculates for your daily routine, NOT for exercise. Exercise is logged separately, by you. So if you are still sedentary, outside of your exercising, that's what you should set your activity level at. Because…

I go to Golden Corral for the occasional rare treat and they HAVE a nutrition guide online. It makes it much easier to estimate what I've eaten though I do add 10-15% to my totals.
