My BP is too high to mess with the sodium in subway's sandwiches. I gave them up last year.

Get yourself some more food. 700 cals is WAY too low, and 1200 is pushing it especially when exercise is added to the mix. I was eating like that when I got frustrated and ate a couple of slices of pizza while out and about. I was afraid to get on the scale the next morning, but when I did, I had dropped 3 lbs from where I…

After looking at your diary, your cals, water, and workouts look good, but your fat and protein levels are kind of low and your sodium is a little elevated. Try to add more lean protein and healthy fats to your diet, and lower sodium to maybe around 1800 mg (no more than 2300 mg) per day. My scale was stuck until I dropped…

Please STOP posting pictures from the Victoria's Secret catalog on MFP. Oh wait, I'm sorry, that's your pic. You look wonderful and your body is beautiful. I can see the abs coming in nicely. Congratulations!

Big difference...but isn't it infuriating to see hubby just looking all lean year after year??? :-) Great job and keep it up!

I am in my 5th week of working out, and I saw results in about 2.5-3 weeks. My workout at the time consisted of about 45 minutes on the elliptical (w/resistance) 3-4 days per week.

If you created the food yourself (as in "My Foods"), then go into My Foods, click on your food, and click edit to make changes. If the error was made by MFP or another member, just delete the food from your list and choose a different one. HTH!

Cooking your own food limits sodium like nobody's business. If you planning to eat out, ask for fries/potatoes with no salt, or request that your meat is prepared with herbs and lemon.

Ooh you look good...no great! Good for you!

Honey please! That friend sees it. That's why she was so concerned with your food purchase. Buy a few smaller pieces and enjoy your new body.

Best time for me is right after I wake up and visit Mr. Pottay! :blushing:

I started at 312 lbs. I am giving myself at least 2 years to slowly lose this weight. My goal is to lose 175 lbs. Since starting, I vowed to just listen to my body. If I was hungry, I ate. If I had the energy to work out, I did. I just did it all sensibly. This is a lifestyle change, so if you slowly integrate the changes,…

That kicks the heck out of that stuck scale! Congratulations!

Could definitely see the difference! Great work!

My husband, toddler, and I probably spend about $90 per week on food. If they ate more of what I eat, maybe $65.
-
I didn't lose consistently until I started eating mine.

Friend me - I have a total of 175 to lose!
-
Yes, for my multivitamin and my fish oil since it has calories and fat. HTH.
-
Sounds like you need to eat more calories. 1400 calories would barely cover your calorie deficit after 2-3 hours of exercise. I would scale back my workouts to 45-75 minutes and up my calories if I were you.
-
1. Yes I eat them back. 2. Yes I am losing. Scale stalled until I started eating them back consistently, then I lost 7 lbs over 2 weeks.
-
Sooo happy for you! Congratulations!

WHOA! You look like a different man! CONGRATULATIONS :drinker:

Check your carbs and sodium levels. The scale wouldn't move for me, but once I upped protein and healthy fats, it moved 7 lbs in 2 weeks. Plus I upped my cals from 1200 to 1600, and I eat 75%-100% of my exercise cals. How far away are you from goal?
-
You look amazing!!! Great work.

I have only lost 13 lbs so far, and my bra is getting loose. I am a 46 DDD at 312 lbs. The smallest I have ever been is a 38 C at 154 lbs. This is the first time my boobs have shrunken with diet and exercise but this time my macronutrient breakdown is different. I am eating less carbs and more fat and protein. So maybe…

Bump. You read my mind. Because of a 60 min workout today, I have 1,091 calories...and dinner is done.

Get 'em girl!!! Great NSV!

My HRM runs behind til I start sweating. After about 25 minutes, it catches up with the elliptical. The difference between them is like 10 calories when it's all over. I never use MFP's #.

WHOA - you look like you are at goal! Keep it up!!!
