  • I'm 5'3 and eat 1800 a day - that's my minimum, if I workout I'll eat more. I've lost weight with this number (I weighted almost 130 at my highest...). I weigh consistently between 118-120. I used the Harris-Benedict equation (google it!) to get my number. I did not use the number myfitnesspal gave me. I hope this helps!…
