Once a day at the same time is the one I count but I weigh myself several times per day. I'll even get up in the night to use the bathroom and jump on the scales. A bit obsessed I guess but it's what I like to do and it keeps me motivated.

I can't vouch for them either but I use their numbers before I use what is generated on here. They seem to be about double on here. I figure if I use the lowest provided it's only going to make me work harder and also if I stick to just those numbers it's a benchmark to work from.

I've done it before. It works but be careful. I started it again not long ago and my blood sugar dipped way low. I got dizzy and couldn't remember what year it was. I was very disoriented. I just added some carbs and still losing weight.

I celebrated a short term weight loss goal last Saturday with pizza and beer. It took me four freakin days to get back to the afore mentioned goal. It's gonna be awhile till we do that again.

I really blossomed over the winter. I typically have to use the last hole on my belt and unbutton the top of my pants. I got to the point that even that was uncomfortable and had no other bigger clothes so Feb 7th I made a change. 19lbs now and counting :smiley:

I always hear it's good to bring your heart rate up at different intervals so in theory I thought it would be a good thing for an extended period of time. A good hard 10 min.

I do the exact same thing. In fact last Saturday. I went big too. I so wish I would have stuck to my routine. Although I know there wasn't four pounds of fat in what I ate and drank, that's where I'm at. I worked hard to get to 199 and three days later 203! It's going to be awhile till I party like that again.
