• I've switched to Hershey's dark chocolate kisses... only 20 calories each. I have 4 or 5 in the evening. For some reason I don't feel the need to overeat dark chocolate as I do with milk chocolate.

• Thanks, everyone. I just had to go cold turkey. After two days I didn't want the diet coke anymore either. The key for me is LOTS of lemon in my water.
