have you tried any of the Fiber One snack bars? they are really yummy - in some cases better than a candy bar - and very good for you!!!! when i want something crunchy - i try celery and p-nut butter. p-nut butter fills you up. but you need to plan for that cause it can add up calories and fat. for a chck flick - loved the movie "Untamed Heart" with Christian Slater! I weep uncontrollably every time I watch it!!!!! otherwise, have to admit I LOVE "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation". I can watch that anytime of the year - and always watch it when I am home sick from work, and of course in the winter!
