Try working out more than 3 days a week. People are supposed to get at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day. 3 days may not be sufficient to kick start your metabolism. Personally, I have to exercise at least 6 days a week because it's so difficult for me to lose weight.

No I've been trying to move away from meat and slowly adopt a more vegan diet. I never workout at the same time everyday. Some days it's at 6am, in which case I'll either eat poridge, or a tofu scramble. Other days, I work out in the afternoon, but I eat relatively healthy.

Just remember that avocado has a lot of fat it in. BUT it IS healthy fat. :) I love avocado. I eat it almost everyday too. my fav recipe is: 1 can of chickpeas 1 avocado sliced 1 tomato sliced 1/4 cup of almonds a couple tablespoons of balsamic vinegar. makes for a really nice salad. :)
