  • I was able to zip up my winter coat, without the maternity panel!!
  • Getting out of the 200s. Have 6lbs left!
  • I actually don’t like the idea of leftovers for breakfast. I never have 😔. Plus I save leftovers for lunch. But thanks for the suggestion! 👍
  • Yesss!!!! 100% this!!!
  • Went to the chiropractor for a much needed adjustment, layer out on the deck this morning before it got too hot (and before baby woke up), and later tonight I’m going out for supper with a friend (social distancing still in place).
  • To prove my sisters wrong. They don’t believe I can lose the weight. I’ve always been the fat sister.
  • Ugh, I feel this thread soooo much. The worst comments I got were from my husbands family. My family, coworkers and friends have always been super supporting. I’ve had the following comments from my husbands family (particularly his grandma): 1. “You look healthy”.....I’m currently 200+lbs and only 5”1’. Apparently she…
  • My eating habits definitely need to change. I’ve been eating a lot of trash for months now, so I’m working on cutting out all the junk. I also ordered a new carrier to make it easier to get things done with her. Too bad my gym doesn’t have a daycare though.
  • Thank you! She turned 4 months today! Unfortunately my gym doesn’t have a daycare and I’m not allowed to bring her yet for insurance purposes. So if I want to get to the gym, I have to go at night once she’s down for bed. She also only naps for 30 mins at a time which makes working out at home really difficult.
  • Thank you everyone for the great tips! I'm definitely going to have to pay attention to portion control. I'll also try my best to choose the healthier options.
  • These all sound like great tips. Let me explain a little further. I'm doing a Trafalgar bus tour. So I'll be in a group of around 50 people, and constantly switching cities. So buying groceries is not an option. All our breakfasts are included. Apparently the breakfasts are massive, so people tend to skip lunch. They're…
  • #4! A lot of people tend to push themselves too hard, and end up burning out! My issue is that sometimes when I have a rest day (which is only supposed to be 1 day)....I sometimes extend it. 1 day turns into 2, then 3, then before I know it, i've gone 2 weeks without working out!
  • #3!!! I absolutely have the same problem. Sometimes it's so difficult to have positive thoughts when you don't see any changes.
  • Hi!!! I "possibly" have PCOS, and also LOVE my fitbit. I only use it for the steps, but I like doing the challenges too. Feel free to add me on mfp and fitbit :) you can private message me if you'd like.
  • Maybe I should be a bit more clear with a couple things. I don't eat spoonfuls of my peanut butter. I eat spoonfuls of his! Haha. He sometimes has to hide it from me or put it on a top shelf so I don't reach it. (I'm short). Much less tempting that way. Also, the reason I haven't been logging food is because I haven't been…
  • I've been waiting a long time to post these pictures! I hope they help to motivate some people. :)
  • Thanks everyone!!!
  • I try to log everyday, but even if I don't, im always aware of the amount of calories I'm consuming. Yes, I weigh and measure everything. My measuring cups and food scale are my new best friend. Everyone is telling me to up my calories. I've tried that before and all it did was make me gain more weight, not lose it! I'll…
  • I've only ever made mine with water. I recently started putting more stuff in my porridge. This is what I currently put in my porridge: 1 tsp brown sugar 2 tsp pecans 1 tbsp peanut butter 2 tbsp vanilla soy milk 1/2 cup fresh picked blueberries (picked them myself) It's only about 310 calories, and it keeps me full from…
  • Another problem is that im only 5'1". So buying jeans is even harder. The only place I can find jeans is American Eagle because they make them "short". Otherwise I would trip over them or have to stuff the back of them into my shoes.
  • I know what you mean!!! I always have to wear a belt. I hope I lose the legs.
  • Nobody? Someone please help!!!
  • Ive also been stuck in a plateau for the past 3 weeks too. I do p90x, and started combining it with running/biking/swimming. I burn around 800+ calories per day, but am still stuck. I think I would have to eat more to get past the plateau. Try to workout maybe 6 days a week for longer periods, or try something more…
  • Im hoping to start training for a 10k soon!
  • I completed my first ever 5k race :)
  • Haha awesome! I just started to notice mine too. Have no idea when it happened, but im glad it did!
  • I have many food intolerances, and almonds started to hurt my stomach too. I ate them every morning in my poridge, then my stomach started to hurt. I stopped eating them, then later on tried almond milk, and noticed that it just kills my stomach. I went back to eating just almonds, and they still hurt. My solution is to…
  • Does anyone else have experience with the program? Bump
