Hello everyone. I have just found out that I am lactose intorelant which is part reason that no matter my exercise and food watching I was still gaining weight. Since I found out I lost 7 pounds in the first 4 days and 2 weeks later I am at an 8 pound loss. Needless to say all my favourite foods contain some sort of milk…

Hi. I just figured out the ticker myself. go to your ticker and hit copy under where it says post to websites, etc. Go into change profile and it has a section where it states change signature. Once in there copy it to message boards and it will show up. Good luck on your journey!!!

Hi, just wanted to introduce myself. I have 16 pounds to lose. A friend told me about this site and holy it really makes you pay attention to what you are doing. Definitely has motivated me in the exercise as well as you can eat a little more if you add it. Great site and good luck to everyone!!!
