They will look back on it when they're older and realize that you were only trying to help them. I'm the mean mom who sneaks stuff into my daughter's food. (I put some carrots in her macaroni and cheese when I pack it in her lunch at school). I applaud your effort..:smile:

Depends if youre in the mood for a salty or a sweet snack. I usually have the Edy's all fruit bars with no sugar. They are about 25 calories. If you're in the mood for something salty, the popcorn idea is good. Hope this helps..

the best thing you can do is just keep going for yourself and when they start seeing it pay off for you they will probably join in. If you know you will be going to McDonald's or another restaraunt you can look on here for some healthier choices so you can plan ahead of time (ex: the fruit and granola parfait and a side…
