I gained 12 pounds after getting married in April. My husband put on weight as well but luckily we am doing something about it now and trying to have a more healthy and active lifestyle lol

Spinach!! (cooked, or in a salad) -- I only ate it for a short period of time as a child when Popeye was cool lol. I sneaked it in my spaghetti this week. It's not bad! Think Thin Crunch - Mixed Nuts & Chocolate bar. Delicious! 190 calories, 10g protein, 4g fiber and only 3g sugar.
