4 days a week. I try to get a workout in over the weekend but usually doesn't end up that way. Zumba twice a week, and Running twice a week. I need to get some strength training back in my life though.

Not sure if I'm going to my hometown or staying here and having my folks over...but at least if they come here I can control the food! It's harder to resist temptation in situations where I am not in control.

I went there a couple weeks ago with some friends, and I ordered 2 veggie spring rolls and some lettuce wraps. The lettuce wraps are plenty to share so you won't eat it all! :)
