I generally have a hard time finding bras. I have a smaller frame and a bigger chest (36D) and for some reason the straps and the closure are always too big although the cups are the right size, so I have little to no support I usually end up tightening and sewing the dam thing back together myself :grumble: .

Treadmills suck. I agree with you 100% on running outside.

Why would you want to keep protein down? I have trouble reaching my protein goal and have to drink nasty shakes as a result.

Hell no I'm usually miserable and my performance lacks when I do that. I do try to eat an hour or more before a workout though, eating right before doesn't work for me.
