Typical order from Taco Bell was 2 soft tacos supremes, 1 order of nachos and cheese and 2 orders of cinnamon twists. McDonalds: double cheeseburger combo w/large fries and an apple pie (yikes!) I could easily eat half a bag of powdered donuts... Pickled pig's feet! (so embarassed by this one)

I agree, not too sure about that...I also found that if I wear it on my bra and it's not pressing directly against my chest the readings seem way under. I'm going to give it 30 days tho

I try not to count fruit sugars, but even after switching to unsweetened almond milk, lower sugar cereals I still find that I am over. But definitely not as much as I was before. Also be sure to check labels to make sure the ingredients aren't "disguised" that are actually sugars like the OSE's (fructose, dextrose, etc.)

I think only someone who isn't confident in their body/shape would say anything negative about wearing a bikini or skimpy clothing. As long as it is not skanky/slutty, I think it should be highly encouraged. And if you did dress sexy while you and your husband are out he would love it even more because he can show you off…
