ritz whole wheat crackers w/a wedge of laughing cow light creamy swiss and some grapes. Pretty uneventful to say the least but since I had a burger and fries yesterday for lunch I figure I better go pretty light today :)

Are you referring to a substitute patty or just a bun w/veggies? Either way, it is still inaccurate to do .7 because veggie would not have nearly as much fat as a regular burger.

I only eat meat a few times a week as well and when I do it's usually lean meats (usually seafood). I haven't had beef in forever! It's mostly because I cook for my husband and he's a vegetarian, but I'm reaping the benefits :) I don't eat pork either!

I agree, Subway is one of my fast food go tos. I get the 6 in. turkey with spinach, tomato, onion, light mayo and vinegar (no oil). Also, no cheese. It's pretty tasty!
