I am over 300lbs and I made it thru month one. The first day I only did the warm up...but I did it 2 times to get a good calorie burn. I have been doing it barefoot because my arch hurts when I wear shoes while working out. About week 2 all the little muscles in the top of my feet were killing me but it didn't last long. Just some more muscles getting stronger!

Keep it up it will get easier and you will feel great when you can finish without dying. If jumping jacks are the only thing stopping you, there are ways to modify them. Keep trying though, today do 1, next week do 2. I promise it will change sooner then you think it will.

I have actually been doing great. I have finally found a happy place with what I eat. I am no longer hungry all day or trying to fit in all the crap I used to eat. I am doing insanity and the daily workouts keep me motivated to the change. I have been on mfp for over 100 days and just now starting to lose weight.

I had that same problem of every third or forth day going crazy on food. I made a effort of making it thru that binge day without going crazy. I am not an expert but I think the theory goes that you fast all night while sleeping so if you don't eat in the am your metabolism slows way down. It is too long to go without eating. Even if you just have a banana or something to feed your metabloism.
